Chinese Driver Flips Out

Phnom Penh: A Chinese woman driving recklessly on September 23, 2018 crashed in the Sen Sok district of Phnom Penh.

According to the source, before the incident, a Toyota Hilux VlGo vehicle was driving at high speed along the road from 2004.

She managed to clip the central divider, flipping the car and causing her to suffer minor injuries.

After the incident, the cops came down to the scene, measuring the scene. The vehicle was taken away to handle legal proceedings.
