Phnom Penh: A report says that a drug trafficking group from Laos was cracked by Colonel Yin Pannarith of the anti-narcotics department.  Two suspects were detained and  more than two kilograms of drugs and two mobile phones were seized.

A Laotian and a Cambodian man were charged by the police and sent to the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance. They were arrested on the night of September 20 at the corner of Street 70, Toul Sangke district, Russey Keo district, while transporting more than 2 kilograms of drugs, which they were transporting to Phnom Penh.

The suspect, Lok Sokunthea, a 40-year-old Khmer resident of Sam Ang Village, Sam Ang Commune Stung Treng Province, and Seng Tien U Thang, 28, a Lao resident (with a sense of clothing irony), resides in Vientiane, Lao PDR.
