Multiple Dead and Injured in Sihanoukville Crash

At least two men and two women were killed in an accident in Preah Sihanouk province, officials said. A number of others were injured in the multi-vehicle crash  at Rokarra Ratchadapisek at about 10 am on 
September 22 , 2018.

Police have not yet confirmed the cause or names of the victims, but there are initial reports that the driver of a truck carrying soil was at fault, whom police say has been arrested.
