Battam-Bang! Home Explosive Making Goes Awry

Police in Battambang province said that a man was making explosives to use for hunting, but used the wrong technique. And explosion when cooking up the mixture left him with serious injuries at 3:25 pm on Sept. 20 in Barsak district

The man, Mom Chanthy, 33, is a farmer. According to police, the man used a variety of raw materials produce ammunition for bullet shells to hunt for wildlife. But while cooking on the stove, the explosive material, well, exploded.

After the incident, the police came to check the scene immediately.  Officials are examined the evidence and equipment after sending him to the hospital.
