High School Kids Caught After Bag Snatch
Phnom Penh: On September 19, 2018, the Criminal Police Department’s High Level Criminal Division detained two suspects in connection with the case of a baggage theft from Chinese. The victims in this incident lost $ 7,200, passports, and some other documents on September 16, 2018 at street 294, Street 21, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Phnom Penh.
The two suspects are: Khem, a 17 year old school, an 11th grade student at Thma Krom Secondary School, and the second, Vim, 17 years old.
In this case, the office is building a case file in order to send it to the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance.
