Indonesian Asked For 8k After Accident
Phnom Penh: On September 19, 2018 at Street 57, corner of 310 Boeung Keng Kang I, a Prius hit two men on a motorcycle. Thit Thnoek, a 19-year-old male who works in construction from Svay Rieng province injured his second right knee. A 22-year-old construction worker injured his left ankle.
Prior to the incident, the men were riding to the construction site when a white Prius, driven by an Indonesian man RIO AGVS SALIM, a 29-year-old male crashed into them.
The foreigners was arrested and taken into police custody. the victims were claiming $ 8,000, which the car driver was not able to pay.
