Preah Sihanouk province: According to preliminary reports, local officials said that in Kampong Seila district, the water at Stung Samrang Bridge has receded on the morning of September 18, 2018.
Reports will continue, but for the moment only cars are being let through and large trucks temporarily suspended. As for buses, the situation is unclear.
