Homeless German Picked Up By Immigration

Phnom Penh: A 52-year-old German man was picked up on street 158, Sangkat Beung Kok, Phnom Penh on September 17, 2018, at 9 am.

EDGAR NORBERT BECK was sent to the Department of Immigration for questioning. He arrived in Cambodia in April 2015 through Phnom Penh International Airport. He had no passport, no job and lived on the street.

He has been detained at the Department of Immigration.
