Kandal: According to reports, a brand new Audi (Q7?) drove through a wall and overturned.
The incident occurred in the early hours of September 18, 2018 in Siem Reap commune, Kandal Steung district, Kandal province.
Authorities can not identify the car owner, as the driver removed the number plates before disappearing.
After the incident, the cops came down took away the car and will negotiate with the building owner to come to a compensation agreement.
