Phnom Penh: A Nigerian man died after being sent to the hospital with breathing difficulties
The incident took place at 7:15 pm on September 16, 2018, in Boeung Tumpun, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh. Police said that the dead man was Geoffrey Morgan Obi, a 45-year-old Nigerian man, who didn’t seem to have a passport.
Before the incident, a friend said that on September 17, 2018, the victim went to hospital because he had problems breathing
At 6:30 am, the friend of the victim called one of his friends to take a car to Calmette hospital and was told that the victim had died. Recently, friends have taken the body of the victim to the site of Stung Meanchey pagoda.
