National Road 4 Closed To Traffic Again

Phnom Penh: At 17:00 on the 17th of September, 2018, the National Road No. 4 at Stung Samrong Bridge (Km 116), Kampong Seila District, Preah Sihanouk Province, was shut down completely by the authorities  after the river continued to flow over the national highway and bridge, according to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology’s Facebook .
