Elderly Japanese Man Dies in PP

Phnom Penh: A Japanese man died on September 15, 2018 at 9:20 am in  Chom Chao 2 commune, Por Sen Chey district.

Police say the man, Sito Takao, an 81-year-old Japanese man, was living at the scene of the incident.

The family reported to the police that in the morning, his wife cooked food, but he didn’t eat. He complained he felt ill, and his wife called the doctor. Within a few minutes, he died.

It was confirmed by his wife that her husband had long-term illnesses such as heart failure and acid excess. 

The body is at the Russian hospital to await a relative from Japan.
