Battambang Dog Napper Nabbed

Battambang: A suspect was charged and sent to court in the morning of September 17, 2018 on charges of stealing dogs.

Police arrested and detained near Toul Don Pok pagoda in the O’Cha district of Battambang province at 1 am on September 15th 2018.

Battambang city police commander said the suspect, Khieu Sam Ath, 30, was accused of stealing dogs in the neighbourhood.

One owner, Son, 23 years old, a Credit officer, complained the suspect had killed one of his dogs.

After confessing, the Criminal Division Office of the Provincial Gendarmerie is building a case to send the suspect to the provincial court to act according to the procedures.
