Moto Thieves Get Just Desserts

Phnom Penh:  Two suspects were seriously injured after they crashed while attempted a street robbery. the incident occurred at 1:10 am onn September 14, 2018, near Daihuy Market, Hanoi Rd, Sen Sok district.

The victim, 40-year-old Yeung Mony, a Karaoke manager from  Sen Sok reported the pair snatched his phone as he was riding. After shouting ‘Jao’ (thief) at the top of his lungs, a mob pelted the passing robbers with rocks and stones, causing them to crash.

The suspects have been taken to hospital and will be questioned when they are in a fit state. The motorcycle has been confiscated.
