Armed Robbers Go To Court

PHNOM PENH, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) – The police force of the Ministry of Interior has filed a case at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court over an armed robbery.

According to the police report, 31-year-old Tang Roun,  of  Kampong Trabek district, Prey Veng province, and Lai Thy, a 24-year-old male,  from, Kandal province allegedly carried out an armed robbery on a money. More than US $ 20,000 was stolen on September 8, 2018 at Chhouk Meas Market, in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district.

When detained, the police seized two motorbikes, 2 pistols and some drugs.
