Cute Thief Gets Shaved (Video Added)

A buzz has erupted over a video clip has been shared on Facebook. The movie shows a large number of people actively detaining a suspected female thief in a market in Choam Chao commune, Por Sen Chey district, Phnom Penh.

In the video, citizens detained the woman to check her, and found stolen property. Instead of calling the police, they decided to find a pair of hair clippers, hold her down and teach her a lesson that won’t be easily forgotten.
