Phnom Penh: On Sept. 7, 2018 a suspect was detained in Por Senchey. The suspect, Roach Chanvirak, 27, is from the same area.
For reasons not immediately clear, he was arrested for wielding a rather large blade, and has been sent to the court (obviously after 5.22 o’ clock) for further proceedings.
Drugs were involved in whatever it was was he had the sword and was thus lifted for.
