A shocking accident happened when a first year student at the PPIU University died after a collision with a tuk-tuk (or car). The incident occurred 8:40 am on September 8, 2018, on Monivong, opposite the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Phnom Penh.
According to her father, TS Lee Saifong, 18, a first year student at PPIU, lived in Chbar Ampov district, Phnom Penh.
The other vehicle sped off, and now traffic police are examining their city road CCTV system to search for the driver.
