Phone Snatchers Get A Beating
Phnom Penh: Two suspects have been charged for stealing a mobile phone.
This happened at 2:40 am on September 8, 2018 in Khan Daun Penh.
The victim said that two suspects riding a motorbike grabbed his Ipone 6+ on Sihanouk Boulevard. His shouts brought attention and the pair were swiftly disengaged from their ride. Pre-dawnummary justice ensued
The first suspect, named Pich, a 29-year-old male is from Kandal province. .
The second, Kieng Meng Leang, a 24-year-old male was riding the Honda Motorcycle 125 Phnom Penh 1FZ.8433.
Both suspects were then taken to the Toul Svay Prey 2 Administration Police Station to be questioned, and maybe give some betadine and tiger balm.
