27 Year Old Arthur Belloumo Dies on St 172
Phnom Penh: On Thursday, September 6, 2018, an American died at Golden Home Guest House, on Street 172.
The victim was identified as ARTHUR FRANK STANLEY BELLOUMO , a 27-year-old man.
The report said that on September 4, 2018, at 7:30 pm, the victims rented a a room for $ 6 per night. On September 5, at 10:30 am, the victim drove a motorbike to take his girl friend to Phnom Penh International Airport. He returned at 1.30 and stayed in his room until around 7pm. He then went out again.
At 23:10, when the victim returned to the motorbike, he went back to the room. At 2pm the next day, having not seen the victim, staff knocked on the door, without eply.
The door was open and the victim was seen lying dead on the bed without any clothes.
According to the forensic examination and police, the Bureau of Scientific and Technical Bureau said that the death of the victim was due to drug use of amphetamines which caused a heart attack.
