Sleeps With The Fishes- Grisly Discovery in Kandal

Kandal: On September 5, 2018, at 9:00 am authorities went to the spot where a dead body had been reported.

A corpse was pulled from the lake, near Prek Village, Prek Sdey Commune, Koh Thom District, Kandal Province.

The unidentified man, aged around 30, had been killed by blows to the head, tied up with rope and attached to a 36kg weight, to hold the body underwater. Police swiftly established it was a case of murder.
