American Found Dead in PP
Phnom Penh: A n American man, so far identified as WILLIAM-NOEL, a 72-year-old male, was found dead in Phnom Penh.
Police were called at 8:35 am on September 6, 2018, to # 106, Street 05, in Prey II commune, Dangkor district, Phnom Penh.
The local police chief, along with police officers, went to check the body, and cocluded he had died of cirrhosis.
The body was taken by the police to the Russian hospital.
