Phnom Penh: A suspect was beaten by an angry mob and handed over to the police. The man was caught red handed stealing a motorbike.
The incident occurred at 1pm on September 4, in Chom Chao 3.
Police say the suspect, aged 18, took a Honda Cub 70cc from an unnamed woman, who shouted for help. The suspect was swiftly taken down outside Pizza Company and roughed up a bit by a crowd, before the cops came and whisked him away to the relative safety of the police post.
