Many Killed and Injured in Mondulkiri Crash

Police in Mondulkiri province have reported a horrific traffic accident, which killed three people and seriously injured 11. The incident happened at 12:45 pm on thhe evening of September 4, 2018 at the O’Youth Point in Andoung Kroleng village, Oreang district, Mondul Kiri province.

According to the source, truck laden with timber was traveling from Memut to Pichdi, with 14 people on board. For some reason the truck rolled off the road and into a ravine.

After the incident, the victims were sent to the Referral Hospital in Mondulkiri. The bodies were handed over for the traditional funeral festivals.
