Cops Go Medieval On Teen Jao

PHNOM PENH: One of  two bag snatchers was nabbed after a Honda they were riding crashed after a botched street robbery.

According to police, the suspects tried to grab a woman’s bag at 2:30 pm on September 5, 2018, at the main market of Tuol Sangke. 

Witnesses said that the victim resisted, causing the pair to take a tumble. The one boy was put under citizens arrest, while other legged it. The suspect and motorbikes were taken to the police station at Tuol Sangke 1 for shackling, questioning and legal action.
