4 Workers Killed in Pailin Elevator Accident
Pailin (Kosantepheap): Preliminary reports say that four construction workers were killed and one seriously injured after an elevator broke on the 7th floor of a building under construction.
The incident happened at 7:30 am on September 4, located at the point of National Road 57 in Phsar Prum village, Stung Kac, Sala Bor district, Pailin Province.
Witnesses suggest the cable holding the elevator car snapped, causing the accident.
The injured man has been taken to hospital in Battambang.
