Cambodian Police Arrests American Man for Juvenile Rape
Sihanoukville (FN), August 30 – Immigration department in collaboration with Sihanoukville police and Regional Security Office, US Embassy Phnom Penh arrested an American man, William David Brenner, 63, charged with juvenile rape.
William was arrested on Wednesday night at Sihanouville Lion Roundabout. He was sent to immigration department to be deported to the US.
