Drunk Chinese Rolls In Chom Chao
Phnom Penh (Post News): Chinese man drunk driving flipped his car, but fortunately did not cause any injuries.
The incident occurred at 12:30 am on Saturday, August 31, 2018, inf Chom Chao.
According to a source from the scene, before the incident, a drunken Chinese man was seen driving at speed, when he hit the central reservation and flipped, dragging along for about 10 meters.
After the incident, the local authority cooperated with the cops to measure the scene and take the car to be kept at the Phnom Penh Road Traffic Police Station for resolution.
