Phnom Penh: One knife carrying Chinese national arrested for intentional violence at TK Container Market:
Khan Chamkarmon Police Detained 1 Chinese Suspect For Intentional Violence (Destruction of Other Assets) at Village 10, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Morn
On 25.8.2018, at 21.55, at the north of the container market in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, a man was arrested for destroying the property of others.
Suspect CUI HAILONG, male, 30 years old, who is Chinese, threw a stone at a LAND CRUISER, breaking a window.
When arresred he was found to be carrying a knife and more stones.
The suspect is currently detained at the Inspectorate to file a case.
