Phnom Penh: 26 August 2018 the nightclub BassRoom Club, located on the corner of the Russian Federation, near Mike Burger in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kork District officially launched on Aug. 22. Four days later it was closed down by the authorities for unknown reasons.
