Chinese Man Beaten Over Debt
Svay Rieng Province: On August 26, 2018, three Chinese suspects were detained in Bavet city after attacking another man.
The fracas arose over an unpaid debt of 5,000 yuan ($730).
Tung Yung Yark, male 30 years old, Phang Chien, male, 29-years-old Cheng Cheng/Chung, and Dong Yun-Chun, 29- are all online casino staff working in the town.
The victim was wounded by punches to his eye.
